La presente propuesta del Programa de “ESPACIO CONSTRUIDO Y LA NIÑEZ COSTARRICENSE”, se enmarca dentro de las áreas del conocimiento relacionadas con la arquitectura, la ingeniería y el urbanismo. Específicamente, se orienta hacia procesos educativos especializados para la niñez y la juventud, integrando, conceptos, lenguajes, técnicas y otros componentes físicos y sociales del entorno construido del país, para incentivar al comprensión y valoración del mismo.



The program "Espacio Construido y la Niñez Costarricense" is found within the areas of architecture, engineering, and town planning. Specifically, its goal is to create educational processes geared towards childhood and youth, integrating concepts, languages, techniques, and other physical and social aspects of the country's environment, in order to ultimately motivate and inspire the understanding and acceptance of oneself.

The Rahab Foundation focuses on restoring human rights through a holistic recovery program to reincorporate these people into the labor market and to heal the areas of their lives that have been affected by working in sexual commerce.  They also address the family and social situations in which the victims have developed.

The goal is to reveal a story in each country of Central America that will bring awareness to the region about the truth behind prostitution, trafficking, and child exploitation in their own communities, but even more, to capture testimonies of redemption and hope from real people that have been enslaved and broken so that the people of these countries will rise up with a desire to bring justice. They want to mobilize the people of Central America to give a voice to the hopeless and bring hope to the broken.

"Ambientados" is a recycling campaign organized by two companies, Teletica Canal 7 and Kimberly-Clark de Costa Rica, who collect material for two days, the first Thursday and Friday of each month, to take advantage of these inputs and discourage them to pollute natural resources of our country and wasted or accumulate in landfills.

Carbon Footprint Group

Student group that has calculated the Carbon Footprint of the Conference.  They are also calculating the reduction in footprint of hte school during Earth Week.
